  1. Good to know....Adam's staff take note, if anyone is buying large amounts of APC and a serial killer is at large then these two might be connected!
  2. Jeeze , this is crazy. I was watching it on the news last night and saw some of the buildings in NYC, living in the Midwest isn't so bad right now. Stay safe everyone
  3. ^^^ that's what I'm worried about. And she is so hard on cars
  4. So everyone as promised, I said I would get some picture of before and after the wash, clay, polish, and wax job on my wife's new to us Tahoe. A couple weeks ago my wife and I traded her Expedition for a 2010 Tahoe Z71. We drove 3 hours away to get the thing and when we got back it was nasty. Last weekend I completed the process and we we're both extremely impressed after everything. I used... Adam's car wash shampoo 2 - professional wash pads 4 - great white towels Adams clay bar and detail spray which you can never have enought detail spray Revive Polish Buttery Wax ...and a lot of Adam's interior products. Sorry typing on an iPad is a pain I must say, I do need more products as what I have left will not even come close to washing the Camry okr the SRT8. I completely forgot to get pics of before, but I remembered during the rinse down, I will definitely be ordering a PC and more gear ...so here you go
  5. Looks great, the one thing I loved about my SS was the front end looked amazing blacked out
  6. Say what? Another person from Bettendorf? The truck looks great. If it were me, I'd have a tune done by Fast motor sports near Chicago, they did an awesome job on my TBSS when I had it....
  7. Thanks for the replies everyone, looks like I have another thing to do after detailing my wife's Tahoe. Toyota is by far the worst I've ever seen for hazing, I don't think it would bother me so much if it were both lights, but the drivers side is near perfect.
  8. So the passenger side headlight is starting to oxidize and glaze over. Does anyone know if Adams has a solution that can fix my problem? Or any recommendations on what to use? Darn Toyota cars, the drivers side is perfect. I just started worrying about as I've been driving the Camry on lounger road trips for work. Any ideas?
  9. Wow, that is beautiful, please post some more of the interior
  10. It looks good, my father in law has a 64. I never really liked tbirds until he bought one. I love that color
  11. My wife and I on our wedding day just over a month ago (9/15/2012). Her grandmother; Ona who passed away about 2 weeks after our wedding Our daughter: Hadley and dog, Charlie
  12. Happy belated Birthday! I hope you had a wonderful day!!
  13. I absolutely love What I do. I talk for a living...I'm in sales for an health and life insurance company. I was recruited from college and have been with the company for four years now. It's challenging, rewarding, and allows me to use the skills I learned in college. If anyone has general questions on their insurance needs, give me a shout out!!
  14. Holy moly thanks for the clarification, maybe I shouldn't tell my wife about my Adams tab
  15. Thanks Dylan, I just ordered some more products. The Tahoe gets cleaned up first, then the following week, the SRT...stay tuned
  16. Thanks for the replies everyone. I'm definitely hesitant about using a polishing machine as I've never used one all of our cars are too new to have a hot spot in the paint. My wife's Tahoe isn't brand new, but her fist of fury would come down hard if I made the paint worse. Next summer I'll try one on my DD Camry.
  17. Looks good, ill just assume that's your son, b/c if not you look a little young to be driving.
  18. Ok everyone, so I've always used junk wash and waxes from Autozone have always had terrible results. So I bought some Adams, I tested the products on a friends car prior to doing any of mine (I'm no dummy) but the results were great. Adams customer service was awesome! My wife just bought a new black Tahoe and it is dirty, so this coming Sunday I plan on doing on going crazy. The process I used on my friends car... 1. Wash with 2 bucket method 2. Dry with Adams towels and leaf blower 3. Detail spray and clay bar 4. Buttery wax So help me with my correct my process.... Should I? Do another wash with 2 bucket method to get all of the clay bar residue off before the buttery wax? What should I use to get the clay residue off? I'll post pics of our rides once everything has been detailed
