RAM all the way. I regret buying my Chevy mainly because of the dealership but it's had a hand full of problems and GMC/CHevy just isn't the quality it used to be. Ram's on the other hand have major plusses. I mean it developed into its own Brand. Dodge still makes it but that quality, demand, and appearance pushed it to where it is today. They last forever. I've had my Chevy for a little over a year and I can't wait to get rid of it. Nothing but problems. I've heard the exact same about similar GMC models to mine.
Im sorry if this comes off s rude because i dont mean for it to be, but you have a colorado . that truck was made by isuzu and it is a POS in my opinion. The sierra/silverados are worlds better than colorados.

So if ****X lasts me 4-6 months, then Glass sealant will last longer than that?

The last time I did the G8 i spent 22 hours on the exterior. There was a lot of tar and overspray on the hood, fenders, and windshield so it took a while to clay. Using a PC also takes FOREVER if you're OCD like me. I did SSH, SH, FMP, MSS, Brilliant Glaze, and Americana. Did this all over 2 days. The interior took about 6 hours. most of the time was spent trying to get every spec of sand out of the the carpet with my POS crapman shop vac.

Tomorrows special might be Leather Conditioner with a Gallon of Undercarriage Spray
Two things I need. If those pop up I will have to break my vow to not spend any more money on Adam's this year. And If I buy those I may as well stock up on some applicators and micros that I need, so I can take advantage of the awesome flat rate shipping. Don't do it!

wish it was the blonde wheel brush instead of the fender brush.

I used Adam's glass cleaner the first time yesterday and holy bananas! (or should i say holy key lime pie)
I when i drove my car later i was wondering if my windshield was still there.

Another 'wipe-new' product. Sheesh.
That guy makes himself look like a tool on TV. I wouldn't let him restore my lawnmower, let alone anything I actually cared about.

I worked for GM over the summer and I have seen all of their upcomming vehicles and I have to say they are quite amazing. The c7 will be releasesd 1/13/13 at the NAIAS. The interior of the new trucks/suvs and vettes are quite simply amazing.

I second the APC suggestion, but I'm intrigued by the peanut butter...
I've read somewhere that peanut butter will remove wax from anything and people stand by it. personally i think that is dumb, peanut butter works much better between two slices of bread with some honey.

What are some of your methods of removing the white polish/wax residue from textured plastic trim. I'm not putting peanut butter anywhere on my car, so keep that suggestion to yourself.
* edited to specify textured plastic trim

New to the forum, newish to Adam's, OG to detailing. Been detailing for 16 years and switched from Zaino to Adam's about 9 months ago. was hesitant because of the price as i am a cheap bastard, but it has been one of the best desicions I have ever made. Below is a picture of my baby. She's an 09' G8 GT and her name is Sheila because shes from Australia.
