Do you think a 1.5 foot stool would allow you to lean across the hood of a camaro without the feel of falling across the hood. I can find out tomorrow by using a test stool but I was just asking ??

I don't want to use one hand but I can't figure out how to polish that area

I don't know if this is a no no but I had to hold the flex with one hand to reach the center of the hood at the top by windshield. Please let me know. I did the hood all three steps and I actually had to look real hard to find any type of swirl. I am very satisfied. I could go over it again to get it perfect however why eat up my clear coat when it looks absolutely great to me.

I just called Ashley,,, she said 5:1 means 5 parts water and 1 part active ingredient Actually I don't think it is right. From the beginning outboard motor oil says 50:1. That means 50 gas and 1 part oil.

If you right that means the special purpose cleaner mixed 5:1 means 5 parts cleaner and one part water. Am I correct ??

I have searched the web for the last hour and read that the lowest number was the active ingredient ,,,,,However I found two other references that claim just the opposite !!!!!! That's when I posted,, lol. I know that a 50:1 mix in a outboard is 50 parts gas and 1part oil. But I think a mix and a dilution is different.

To dilute all purpose cleaner does 5:1 mean five parts cleaner or 5 parts water. Sorry guys but I went to a small university !!!!!!!

I am about as crazy as you are. Got mine last week and tried it today. I just had to give it a try. Had just a short time so I did half the hood on my camero. I started out with the orange pad, used approx 3 pounds pressure then went to the fine polish. The entire ordeal lasted maybe 8 minutes. I removed 50 percent of the swirls not using the green pad. I had to just get a feel of the machine. I TRULEY cannot believe someone can burn through the clear unless you really abuse the process. Don't worry you won't. If you hold a valid drivers license and did not cheat on the test you will have no problems. The machine is very smooth and has little vibration. You can actually feel the quality,,,,, I am very impresses. I will start over in the morning until finished. ,,,,,,, Wayne

Hello,,,, can any of you tell me how much pressure to put on the flex machine ? Maybe pressure in pounds or any other way to explain it to a dummy. I saw the porter cable video watching the disc turn slowly however the flex is different. Thanks Wayne

Got it,,,,,,, I understand,,,, if the car is clean it's no problem 2or3 times a week. Thank you, I was afraid that it might build up if used to often an cause a problem.

I was thinking about using the fine mist but how about 2or3 times a week ??

My spray bottle will not spray a mist. It only sprays a stream. Anyone else found this problem ??

I just ordered wednesday I called y'all and was told I would get the new stuff I hope I get the new spray then I can test the difference. My friend and I ordered 2 gallons of the old stuff today

My buddy and I just ordered the gallon and get one free special for the old stuff !!
