Hello I am a 51 year old electrician, backyard mechanic, and have washed and waxed my vehicles but never really "detailed". I am a former Zaino user and due to this forum, American made, and what appers to be fantastic customer support I have decided to give Adams a try in a big way. I have used a clay bar a few times before. occaisionally some 3M hand glaze and have tried a few products and for the last few years have been pretty happy with Zaino except when trying to contact them to answer questions. I still have half my Zaino left but just put an order in for the Premium machine polishing kit with a Flex polisher (go big or go home?). Being I was one of the people contacting you over the "confusion" The original post said price increase effective changes take effect 2/5/13 which is why when looking at the kit prices I assumed the price increase had already takent affect. Sorry for the questions and confusion but I hope you understand how this could be confusing (especially to a new member). Thanks again you folks seem like great people to deal with!

Wow I was looking at the premium polisher kit on their site just a couple of days ago and it was $849.00 now with the new listing it is $879. It looks like they went up $30 in a couple of days? I can't find the "other" deal anymore. Thanks for answering my question though.

It says for as little as $140 (for the porter cable I assume) What is the add for the Flex? Thanks

I have watched a bunch of videos and searched tape and detail tape and have not found any discussions about it. I assume it is used so you don't burn through on the edges of panels but does the area covered with tape not get polished or detailed as well? Just looking for info. Thanks Mark
