Just wondering Velocity Yellow 2006 Vette... 50,000 miles... eveybody says it is clean and glows, but I can see swirls, but I am picky... I plan on dawn dishwashing car wash, followed by clay, and planned on all 3 polish steps, for the first "real" detail, (FLEX machine and new 4th gen pads) then seal and glaze, and top it all with either meguiars NXT or ultimate ( for long lasting beading) yeah I know... I know... I currently touch up with P&S cherry wet wax.. kinda like super detail spray.... But is doing the 1st polish step over doing it... or because of the "hard" Vette clear coat,,, I should be good, even smart to do all 3 steps.... *************************************************************** also video said 3-5lbs pressure on the FLEX... and the 2 vids I have seen... both different ADAMS GUYS... one sems to be pushing down harder than the other guy....

OK , I just bit the bullet and ordered the FLEX complete kit with glaze kit.... Can't wait to try it out and see the results....

Thanks folks..... I posted this on a couple of forums... results were PC is a great machine... but just about everybody said get the Flex.... Now if some of my Ebay and CL stuff would sell.....

Thanks for the replies.. I was leaning toward the FLEX ( but that price)... Now I see I need a FLEX... Now Just need some of my ebay stuff to sell so I can buy it with the 3 polishes sealant and glaze... with the 5 pads.... OUCH... The F250 only has 2800 miles on it and still glows.... the Vette has 50K and while the yellow hides a bunch... It needs a great polish up.... Now.. If I hadn't bought the Train Horns for the F250 I would already have a Flex...

Hello, Nashville here.... not new to detailing my rides, but time to step it up a notch... Currently use Craftsman 10" random orbit and the bonnets.. But with a new metalic Black 2012 F250 and a 2006 Vette velocity Yellow I want to switch to Adams... and get either a Flex or a PC.... I know I will have a bunch of questions... Thanks in advance for the future help
