Water spot bird spot?

New here and just finished my first BG with a top coat of Americana, looks fantastic. Now my question. Before my two bucket wash I noticed what I thought was a water spot, after the wash it is still there. This is a new car and it is black. Any suggestions on removing the spot.

If it's a bird poop etch it'll probably need a focus pad, SHR, FMP and then a PC or Flex to bring it back to perfection.
