THE Mook
Hey everyone! The team and I were blessed to be apart of a detail in this museum for a car that will be auctioned off in a separate auction from the RM thing next week. After cleaning up today, our contact there, Sharon, was gracious enough to let us cruise the museum and see really how important Auburn, Indiana is to car history! Pics below! I honestly cannot believe how amazing this place is, and how lucky I am to be where I am. I had chills the entire time in the museum, and well, why shouldn't I have?!?! This photo Greg says reminds him of the movie, Back to the Future! If anyone has questions about specific pics, please quote the pic and ask! the clay models straight to the big car is awesome! I loved the wooden template for fender shaping too. Mook

THE Mook
W O W !! Jealous dude... wish I was there!! Me too brother! This museum is better to me than anything I have ever been in--museum wise. I never really thought about Indiana being so rich in car history. I am still getting chills even thinking about it! Here are some more pics from today...I thought I would take a couple more LOL They had an actual Dyno machine in there, and they used those Granite pads to well, you saw the pic! They have an amazing gift shop and my wife is getting a beautiful stretched canvas print from there with an old Cord in it, and some old movie stars...Jean Harlow and some guy. She doesn't know that yet though! Mook

Team Adam's
The museum definitely is awesome, I've been there a handful of times since i was a kid. Really cool to see all the history and how those cars shaped a lot of the automotive industry. Indiana FTW!
THE Mook
I tell you this much...if I wasn't tied down to anything, single, etc...and could afford it, I would own a home in Auburn. I really love the downtown area and all the old homes. It is really my knid of place with all the cars all over the place, and the rich history in automobiles. Some really excited things are going to happen regarding the Museum and Adam's. We are raffling off 3 excellent kits at the Gala on Thursday, to my understanding, people will be receiving goodie bags with the new Catalog and possibly a bit more, Lynn and her husband will be attending, and the Museum is definitely are interested in using our products to maintain the vehicles year round! I only hope someday I can return there, with my dad (it's because of him I am a gearhead), or even my wife. She isn't all that into the car thing, but if she saw this, maybe it would help her understand why I love cars and almost everything about them so much. I am not lying when I say the mere thought of the museum gives me the chills.

txredgt
Does/did the white flowers on the green car mean anything? What I would give for ANY of those rides. I think my favorite from the pictures is the orange and white targa (Or what would be considered targa today). Simply awesome
