ExpressThis13 Posted August 30, 2011 Share Posted August 30, 2011 My brother is about out of the Marines and has a 2001 Trans Am WS6 and it has a factory firebird hood he did it for a sleeper look well now the hood has damage on it and he is looking for a replacement ws6 hood. the color is black but any color would suffice as it can of course be painted. He is not concerned with dents or scratches but I believe they are fiberglass anyway. So I am throwing a help message on here for him to see what I can do to help him. I told him I would work my forums and see what I could find. Alot of fakes on ebay. if you have one seller that sells quality work please let me know. zx10r_07 Posted September 4, 2011 Share Posted September 4, 2011 Good luck finding an OEM one for anwhere close to reasonable. Your best bet will be getting a hold of VFN. They make quality fiberglass hood. More then one style even. If he goes aftermarket I would look into the WS9 hood VFN has.
