Goodbye Adams

I love the product, but I have far to many problems when trying to place a order.

 

I am canceling my current order and returning my 2 year old junkman kit.

 

Every time I have placed a order it has been nothing but problems.

 

I have spoke to ashley about the problems and she agrees that i have dealt with far to many problems. Adams has agreed to refund me all my money for my current order and my junkman kit. Just hope this goes well since I always seem to run into problems with this site.

 

Sad to say goodbye but it will probably be for the best.

Nothing at all, just went threw alot of problems getting it.

 

I placed a order on the 22nd and went threw the same problems yet again.

 

I complained to ashley and she said she is going to cancel my order and refund me, I said if you going to refund me and not ship my order you can refund my junkman kit to.

 

I dunno I just wanted my wax, not a headach.

 

I'll gladly take all my money back and go buy other products

Thanks Brad, but the forums are not a place to vent your frustrations. I apologize for the issues with your orders... not sure why a 2 year old kit needs to be returned due to issues with a current order, but in the end your satisfaction is what matters so we'll make it happen - a thread to announce it though, probably not necessary.
