I ordered several items for the summer sale and requested on my order that if it were at all possible to bill me extra as i was wanting some Leather and Interior Cleaner in a 36 ounce container instead of 12oz. I clean my driver seat typically twice a week since I'm a mechanic and have beige/black leather. Since the LIC is not offered in 36 ounce they filled it up in a 36 ounce bottle and still labeled it charging no extra for the additional product! I wish every company operated like this!
