New Handgun

This is my first gun that I bought. Its a Springfield .40 Sub Compact, I really do like it, was looking for something that was concealed, but powerful enough to get the job done. If, I ever had to defend myself in any type of dangerous situation. Also, good for home defense I guess. But I got older shotguns & rifles when I go hunt.

 

I tried to take some pics, I'm horrible at taking pictures of guns, not good at all. But I tried, here are some....

Nice buy! Do you like it with the extended mag on it? I'm thinking for CC that longer mag might be a bit big. What's the round capacity?

 

I think the XDs subcompact .45 is my next buy

Yes sir, fits your whole hand. Short mag is 9 rounds & the longer one is 12.

Very nice..although is this overly restrictive state of NY we can't carry any mag past 10 rnds. You know cuz 10 rnds are much safer than 12 or 15. Ohh politicians how i loathe thee.

im a big fan of the xd/xdm stuff. i have a couple - the xdm 5.25 in a .45 and a xdm 3.8 compact in a 45.

I partially regret not getting the bitone.... It looks so clean in a 4.5"

 

I love my XDM 9mm and its a breeze to shoot. So smooth every trigger pull with the stock trigger. Im thinking of upgrading it anyway
