That Moment After Clay Bar/Wash/Dry...

Vink70

Question

You realize that you should have tossed your clay bar in the trash and because you see the damage from it. :( I started drying after washing thinking that it was just the water sitting on it funny. No chance... I had scratched the truck with my clay bar :(

Pretty much lost all motivation and almost quit and just waxed it. I figured I was this far into it, that I had to press on and grabbed the Revive Hand Polish and went to work HOPING it would help get rid of some and it put the motivation back into me once I saw how much it saved the paint by fixing some of the clay bar damage.

Please tell me im not the only one thats done this? Even if I am, lie to me and tell me you've done it too so I dont feel as bad.

Also got some help from Ashley at Adams and she had an answer to my question in under a minute. Normally a company would make me type through 15 menus only to get another automated thing, but not Adams...

Guilty! Grabbed the wrong clay (put wrong lids on), and hit the hood.. Thankfully it was only and over spray fix and I didn't do a lot of damage! I have 5 jars now..

#1 Fresh & New

#2 Above the Belt Paint (thought I grabbed)

#3 Below the Belt Paint (what I grabbed, and since replaced!)

#4 Wheels

#5 Glass
