Metal polish on a HEMI??

My Magnum has big engine cover on the hemi. Looking to take it off and leaving it off. This would show more of the motor which has aluminum valve covers and some parts on the front of motor that are dulled or oxidized. Looks ok but I want it clean clean clean. Any suggestions no pictures but was wondering if a metal polish would be effective . Not looking for a mirror finish but just a cleanup.

A picture of what you want to polish would be helpful. It all depends on the texture of the metal you want to improve as to what it'll take. For example, the valve covers on my LS2 have a very rough, sand cast finish. To improve them it takes sanding before polishing.

Metal Polish #1 would work really well in getting that all cleaned up.

Mook that what I figured was just wondering if any other mopar hemi owners have done this and what their techniques were!!!!! 16 oz right??????
