matts88yj
Awesome writeup Dylan! I'm going to be taking care of a black SRT8 Grand Cherokee on Saturday with the same water spots all over the windows, not to mention swirled all to crap. Should be fun! I do have to ask tho, is it okay to use the flex on the windshield as well? I heard some say to keep the machines off the windshield but never understood why exactly. Thank you! Osok
Great job..as always. Couple questions. 1) Testing some new products..was that the Adam DeWalt pressure washer? (j/k) 2) When polishing the tubes I see you were using a full sized pad. How'd u manage to keep the thing adhered to the backing plate with only a small section in contact..and in contact with a round tube to boot? Team Adam's
Answer 2) Reduced speed and caution. Given the polishing contact area was so low there wasn't much need for a lot of speed, and since I needed to work all the way around the bar the larger pads gave me more surface to work with. Thanks Super VRT and/or In & Out Spray depending on the specific area and whether or not I could hit it with an applicator.
