First time polishing/water spots

pgp

Question

I have some older Adams polish and swirl/haze remover and a cordless drill. My spoiler has some water spots and is a little dull. I want to try to bring it back a little. I tried clay and working it by hand. Would the polish be worth trying since I believe it less abrasive. 2001 GM factory paint. Thanks

What polish do you have? Revive? Fine Machine? Paint Finishing Polish?

Its always a good idea to start with the least aggressive method first anyways... its pretty much the golden rule of detailing. Start with a mild approach and step up as needed. You can always get more aggressive if needed, but you can't take back an aggressive step once its been done.

Dylan , I have the Revive Polish.

I remember seeing Adam using Revive and SHR

Would this work in this order ?

Revive

Revive/SHR, 2:1 ratio

SHR

Thanks
