Liquid paint sealant on gel coat?

I just ordered a bottle of liquid paint sealant last night for the cars, has anyone used it on gel coat? I'm thinking about throwing a coat on my boat when I get it out of storage, I'm hoping it will help keep all the muck in the lake from sticking to the hull so it will be easier to clean when I'm done using it.

Chris (Chewy) has used MSS on boats before, so I would think LPS would work just as well (and easier to apply by hand too!).

Yep, I've used AQS too! Just make sure you're putting it on clean unprotected gelcoat.

Excellent! thanks for the info, I'll just have to do a strip wash on it first and I should be good to go, hopefully it will help with clean up after I am done using using it
