Yes, You can clay your windows and wheels.  Just remember once you use it on the wheels you don't use it on your paint again.  Maybe stash it away in a separate container.  I save all my old clay for this purpose as well as the real nasty areas.

I clay my wheels after every wash, probably over kill but it always makes them shine better and I just hit them with some Spray Seal. I do my windows less often because I apply Glass Sealant and I would believe that would remove it and it's not cheap.

The proper order is: Paint, glass, wheels, garbage.

 

Unless you drop it, then straight to garbage.

 

You can probably get multiple uses on paint (provided you don't use it elsewhere), etc. Out of one piece.

I use mine until it starts to discolor, on the paint. Then it goes into a jar labeled glass, then a jar labeled wheels where I get a ton of uses out of it until it looks really discolored then the garbage. 

 

Don't drop it... That gets expensive lol
