I purchased a travel bag but soon came to Realization that it was way to small to fit towels in. He sent me a label to send back the item. Later in the week I got a gift card for the amount of the bag. Which I in turn bought the new American pride bag which should be here in a few days. Awesome how they take care of the customers.
