Thread replies and e-mail notices

How do I turn off the process that when ever I reply to a paraticular thread, I also get and e-mail notice every time someone also replies. I know how to do this once I reply but if i don't do it at the point, can I go back and turn off the e-mails. Thanks.

It's all done in the UserCP. Edit options in left hand menu then go down to email area and change to unsubscribe and no email notifications.

UserCP. Select View all subscribed threads.

 

You can the delete the subscriptions those threads you no longer want to watch.

 

If you set the selections listed in the post above, you should not get any additional threads automatically subscribed. But you can still subscribe later, by using the "thread tools" drop down menu.
