Question

Posted

im going to be cleaning up the barrels of my wheels on the corvette, the front look great but behind that is just brown and disgusting. So i dont really want to have to take the wheels off every month to clean behind the wheels so my question was can i use MSW as a sealant on the wheels to keep the brake dust from sticking?:help::help::help:

ill probably be buying the ACE stick from adams for upkeep.

I have a hard time keeping the barrels of my wheels clean on the Vette because it never sees anything but the sun so I never wash it and the brake dust builds up. I just ordered a powerstick so I'm curious to see how it turns out :D

i used the MSW because of its sealant properties.

Ceramic pads fixed that problem for me.

i have ceramic pads to, and while they do cut down on the dust dramatically, its still there and still builds up in the back of the wheel where i never cleaned for two years.:o

I removed mine twice a year to clean,:willy:then I got a set of powdercoated wheels and are much easier to keep clean:thumbsup:
