White streaks on vinyl stripes

My Dad's camaro has black vinyl rally stripes.  They have quite a few white streaks,probably from assorted waxes, detail sprays, wash and wax etc. over the years.  They don't come off with car wash.  I see the matte detailer would be good to get from here on out, but what can I use to eliminate the white haze?  I have some VRT if that would do it.

I would use BG it will get rid of the streaks and give them a good look. If you think they are too shiny go back over them with MF towel to knock off some of the glaze.
