Shelf Life for Ceramic and UV Spray Ceramic

I have the original Ceramic Spray as well as a bottle of the UV ceramic spray and was wondering how long is the shelf life.  I did my wife's car over the weekend and noticed when I went to use the spray it would not spay onto the applicator pad.  I did remove the spray applicator after I finished last time I used it and cleaned it out. I changed to a new sprayer and it took some time and even after it picked up the product it still did not want to spray when I tried.  I had to pump it over and over.  The UV never sprayed, but then again I did not change the sprayer.  The ceramic Spray I have was one of the originals and is in the tall bottle.

I looked at the product and it was still a normal liquid but I never looked at the original color.  Both my products (original and the UV) are a pinkish color.  It went on normally and rainbowed in about 2 minutes.  Just wondering if I will need new when I need to do my car in about 6 months.
