New Sprayers that come with bottles???

I have always been happy with Adams spray nozzles but this last order I got  was plagued with issues.  The sprayer I used with the ceramic spray leaked more than it sprayed. I ended up dumping the product on a applicator pad.
 

The next two sprayers were broke and sharp enough on sides to cut skin.

 

Anyone else having issues with sprayers. I can squeeze the plastic on these and they will crack and split.

 

I currently don't have enough sprayers for the 2 orders I just placed.  I have no intention of tossing the old sprayers that I am using if this is the norm.
