0 livingwater
If your sure the wall recepticle has voltage try this: Try turning the shaft and then try turning on the PC. If you have an Ohm meter try the following: 1. Unplug the PC from the power source 2. Put meter on ohm's and touch the meter leads to the two flat blades located on the plug for the PC 3. With the ohm meter leads on the plug turn the switch on. Do you get a resistance reading on the PC?

0 11chevz71
First check is the breaker is hit. THen if the breaker is not hit then if you have a thinging that light up if there is juice when put it in the recepticle check if you a are getting juice. IF not does your ext-cord work. many possibilties most likely faulty machine.
