Another MSW question

CFMINI

Question

1st post here. After using the orange pad and SHR and the white pad with FMP, I then did the MSW with the gray pad. Waited about 30 minutes and wiped the car down. Car looks great, Adams products worked very well!! :2thumbs:

But.....after the 12 hour curing period, the surface did not change and I did not not wipe any residue off because there was none. Did I not use the MSW correctly? Maybe I initially wiped it off too quickly? Should there be something to wipe off??? It was about 75 degrees in the shade when I applied MSW.

By your description it sounds like you did everything right. :2thumbs:

What color is your car? Sometimes the oils that come up can be very minimal (depends on multiple variables including the amount of product used) and it is difficult to see them on lighter colored cars. It won't hurt to give it a quick wipe down anyway.

The car is a dark silver metallic, and I did wipe it down but it did not seem like there was any residue at all. I then followed that up with Buttery wax by hand and it looks terrific!!
