mc2hill
My Home Depot flyer in yesterday's paper had 500 watt x 2 halogen work lights on a tripod for $19.88. A great thing to have for doing paint correction. http://homedepot.shoplocal.com/homedepot/default.aspx?action=printdetail&storeid=2399125&listingid=-2088928164&img=http://akimages.crossmediaservices.com/dyn_li/600.600.88.0/Retailers/HomeDepot/0001_ST101109_AP1_img_38038664.jpg&

TrUcKeR
x2 on the heat of those halogens. Makes me sweat more! I like to use a bunch of cheapo 4' shop lights, you know, the ones with the tube bulbs. you can get them in a plug-in style, and can pretty much hang them all over the garage. A little electrical cord or plugged into some ceiling sockets and you are good to go. Plus they have a pull-switch so I don't always have to have them on when I hit the wall switch. I hung 4 of them in my garage in addition to the 2 8' pairs, and I just add light as I need it.
