694doorbird
I'm changing a bad vacuum juction block on the Thunderbird. It's made from a block of brass. How do you think the metal polish will hold up on it? I'm courious to know if the heat of the engine will affect it.

bigred vette
I'm pretty sure the MP doesnt leave any protection or coating behind, its just a polish that shines the metal.
Bill-V8V
It works really well on brass
694doorbird
I've used it on the brass kick plate on my front door to the house, and it does look GREAT. I am mainly concerned if it will discolor or have any other affects if it sits on a hot engine. The vacuum junction block screws into the back of my intake manifold. So, it will get the full wrath of the heat.
