92 Corvette Plastic parts

Hi Everyone, I have a 92 vette and I have used the leather cleaner and conditioner on the interior and all is good. But, what do I use on the hard plastic parts to make them black? I tried VRT both full and mixed with water but it keeps coming out streaked.

I'd just go over them again...multiple times, with the VRT, full strength.

Just detailed the 85...even the hard plastic came out looking fine with the combo of interior cleaner, then conditioner...applied with a red sponge (product sprayed on sponge, not surface), then buffed with a microfiber. Gorgeous.

Anything that is a hard plastic will not absorb conditioner like other materials. In order to avoid streaking, wipe down the surfaces with a microfiber towel after applying the conditioner to knock off any unevenness
