pc Differences?

I completely forgot I received a PC from a friend about 7 yrs ago in trade for some work I did. I found it the other day while cleaning my folks garage. I don't remember using this more than once as it had the stupid factory pads that were glued to the original backing plates which are useless. I am wondering what has changed from this old one to the new ones and if I should upgrade?

I think the biggest difference is that the new one gets a bump in power. You should be fine with the older version.

I beleive so but I am going to have to check again when I get home. It looks identical to the new ones.
