I used the customer service IM and Ashley corrected everything in a few seconds. Missing items were 2 day FedExed the same day. Great service!!! Used the products on a 1995 Ford pick up that had seen very little care over its life. WOW!!!!! Looks nicer than my wifes 06 Pilot (for now, I'll do that next). Great company and great products.
