bat_man Posted July 4, 2010 Share Posted July 4, 2010 Hello everyone new to forum, i have a 01 chevy suburban and it is in the shop due to a hit and run at walmart,and it has fender skirts that i would like to remove. my question is can my truck be buffed out to match the paint under the fender skirt and if not would it be very noticeable. Marylander Posted July 6, 2010 Share Posted July 6, 2010 I suppose it depends a lot on the color of the paint and the overall condition of the finish (is it oxidized, has it been in the sun for 10 years, etc.). You can always give it a try; worst case it will still be noticeable and you have to put the skirts back on. But it wont harm anything to give ita shot.
