AVA182
I just received my Carpet and upholster cleaner and when i went to put in the sprayer it was entirely too long...so i figured you would just have to force it in and then screw it on. So I tried that and I could not get the sprayer closed on. So I cant get the bottle to close correctly so I'm just wandering what to do. Thanks, kgregg97

Nordgrey
There seems to be a new bottle. Same volume, but a bit more squat. I just snipped off a half inch or so from the take up tube on the sprayer. Had to do that with all my gallon pump tubes as well.

AVA182
That is what I ended up doing but i feel now that it will be difficult to use the liquid in the bottom of the sprayer...we'll see though.

Laguna
I just force it on, because as stated, when the bottle gets low and you don't have a gallon for refill, you can get every last squirt out!
svrds10
I had to snip a little of the bottom. Dont snip too much though. You want it to have a little bed to it or almost tough the bottom so that it can use up all of the bottle
Chris@Adams
They are all too long but it will force in. That way it will suck all out of the bottom of bottle.
Foxxer
Use force, problem solved, worked for me atleast.
Chewy
I've done both... Forced and let it curl at the bottom or cut it off. I have gallons to go along side my sprayers so I'm never looking to get ALL of the product out. Both methods work fine. Chris
rachelanne16
Maybe read the bottle or label of that carpet cleaner first before you use. And I think there are manuals about that cleaner. Maybe you have read it first.
