It must have taken a good 30 or 31 seconds on live chat with Ashley to get an item added to my latest order. I've spent longer pressing "1" for this and then "4" for that and saying my name 15 times to get to talk to a real live person at other companies. I agree with a recent comment that the next Adam's DVD ought to come with a video for other companies about how to run their CS. BZ Ashley and the whole Adam's staff! That is so true. I have also live chatted with Ashley before. She responds very quickly and knows exactly what she is talking about.
