I am in no position to question their loses on shipping but all I know is that other companies ship the exact same product, for the exact same price, in the exact same condition for a low flat rate or free for orders over $99. Your talking about significant savings on every single order, and IMO that cannot be ignored...Again, I appreciate the fact that we are able to have this discussion openly with the owner to reach an understanding on both sides of the coin.
