I ordered the butter wax, car shampoo, and a few drying and polishing towels. I thought it would come in one small box, but got two boxes in the mail. I opened the smaller one and it was everything I ordered....the second box had someone elses order mistakenly shipped to me!! I had planned on calling customer service but had a couple things going on here at home. (Had to put my dog down after 14 years) When I finally got around to calling, I was told if I could use the products, keep them, it was our fault. Soooo of course I kept them. But I was wondering what happened to my order. It had, uhh, what was in the box you got. Yeah, all that stuff. I'll send you my address. It is the biggest reason this company is so great, they ALWAYS take care of their customers. Always. Congrats on the impromtu mystery box, hope it had some awesome stuff in it! The mystery box was a gallon of detailing spray, leather cleaner, and some interior cleaner.
