  1.

Have you ever wanted to work along side the Adam's team? Do you have an outgoing personality and love talking detailing? We need assistance working an upcoming event in the Columbus, OH area and would love it if one of our customers was there to fill the role.

If you're in the area, meet the criteria below, and want to make some cash/product credit while you hang out with the man behind the brand and a few members of our team then send us an email:

    Orders@AdamsPolishes.com

    • Volunteers must be available to work July 9th thru the 12th (Thursday thru Sunday).
    • Working a show is a lot of exercise! Volunteers should be in good physical shape and able to spend the days on your feet. No heavy lifting required.
    • Must be fairly familiar with the Adam's product line and able to make recommendations and give input to other customers visiting the booth.
    • Outgoing, upbeat, and energetic! Car shows are fun so we want to work with fun people!
    • You'll be compensated with cash and product credit for your time.

I would love to work more shows with the Adam's Team,  but I am in Oregon.  I have worked HOt August Nights the last 2 years and had a super time. Gary

  2. Friends, you have made it clear, and there is no confusion on your feedback.  You want another option for polishing, and we are responding to your request.

We looked at the options, and considered the following:

    1. Effectiveness/ correcting ability
    2. Country of origin
    3. Ease of use
    4. Durability/ fail rate

In addition to the unit made in the USA, the Cyclo, the choice was simple.

When it came to fail rate, durability, and effectiveness, the Flex XC 3401 D/A Polisher was the unit to choose.  The company has Chinese investors, which scared me silly, but the parts and manufacturing are 100% German, and the Germans do a first class job at making an exceptional tool.

The second option would have been the Rupes, however, the fail rate on the unit is much higher than the others.  From what we understand, some or much of the parts come from, 'The Orient."

I'd love to have a polisher in the sub-$200 level, however without going to China, that's unrealistic.  Stay tuned, maybe one day, that option will be available!

Welcome back Flex, and we never stopped selling the pads.  Hint:  on any clear coat finishes, two pads will do the trick:  Orange Microfiber, and White Foam.....Paint Correcting, Paint Finishing Polishes.

Thanks and your feedback, as always, is anticipated.

Note:  The first 25 Flex Polishers we sell will include a $50 Flex Carry Bag, FREE!

No more I have all three   . LOL

  3. Well, our customers are spread across this fantastic country exactly as the population of the country.   65% of our customers are east of the Mississippi.  30% are west of the Colorado River.   We are based in Louisville, Colorado, close to just over 5% of our customers.

With the expansion and success of Amazon, and especially Amazon Prime, people's expectations from an e-commerce business has shifted.   Amazon, who ships nearly everything in our household to us, and much of America, will get basically anything you can think of, to your doorstep in 2 days, or less, for a $100/yr Prime Membership.

We need to get your order to you in TWO DAYS.  Period.  So.....

    THE PLAN:

We opened a new distribution center early this month in Sparks, Nevada.  It's location is excellent to reach the Pacific Northwest, and the Southern tip of San Diego, both in 2 business days via inexpensive yet excellent FedEx Ground Shipping.  Our new center has an amazing team, and tonight, as I write this, literally half of our staff are there, working 14-16 hours per day getting us caught up on orders.

See, during the switch over, we launched a new Tire Shine, a Father's Day Promo, and those hit well.  We were caught off-guard, and got buried, with over 1,500 orders in 4 days.  Wow, thank you!  Still, we were screwed, and now, half of our staff is sleeping at the Grand Sierra in Reno until Tuesday, when we hope to be caught up 100%.

Now, that's great news for those of you who live on the West Coast.  In 2 days, your goods will be on your doorstep......However, what about the rest of you, the majority who live on in the East?  By the end of July, we will have the East Coast Distribution center fully operational.  We are considering locations now, based on where our awesome team members want to relocate.   At this point, it's between PA and TN.  Either way, our East Coast Customers will be loving the 2-day turnaround time that it takes to receive an order.

We will certainly keep shipping from Colorado, but from OUR warehouse, in the meantime.  The great thing about having these three distribution centers:  The shipping costs, which we subsidize, or pay completely on orders over $95, will be cut by 35-40%.  That means we can offer better service, quicker turnaround times, and get you your goods by the weekend, when you plan to shine your rides!

My orders are coming from Reno and I have received  about  61 orders this year,  Thank you Team Reno.

  4. What would make the detailer streak on a car.I sell Adam's and this is the first time I have seen this.

My customer only has one double thick rag and wipes car down at least twice a day.

We  Clayed it and glazed it and then put  Buttery wax on and   keep up with Detailer. I think he is using

another single thick rag and it  stays wet to long.He then uses the other stuff  M and it is ok.Any ideas

    Gary

Thanks we  wiped his car down and had no problems. He was putting way to  much detailer on and now everything is great. Thanks
