  1. Thanks, just wanted to make sure. I wasn't sure if the sealant was like what Adam's offers or if it was more like a CQuartz or some other ceramic coating.
  2. Have a vehicle to work on that has received the Auto Armor paint/interior protection. Was looking for insight on how to care for and maintain. I don't know much about it, but I'm sure some others have a good idea of what it is/entails. Thanks.
  3. It took until I only had a little bit left one time to realize that it's equally effective when diluted. I blow through a lot of this as well, but now that I know the above, that's a personal choice.
  4. hey gary - i just went to my local harbor freight and picked up a very basic stool. four wheels, a small "shelf" below the seat, and adjustable height. cost me about $30 each. http://www.harborfreight.com/pneumatic-adjustable-roller-seat-46319.html I'm sure there are better options out there, but I didn't want to shell out a lot of cash.
  5. Oh, I'm not concerned about any of it! I probably just take too many beer breaks...
  6. How many employees do you have? I was looking at the estimated times and they seem fast - at least faster than I can do it. Also, you will dry with microfiber "cloths", not "clothes". I wish I had some clothes made of microfiber though - I'm sure they'd be awesome.
  7. Who wants to take the plunge on a laptop screen? Very curious how it would do on my macbook - it's impossible to keep this screen from getting dirty - especially where the keyboard and screen matchup. I could almost type on the screen itself the button outlines are so clear.
  8. Good to know re: the smaller head/45* angle. Will have to seek one out!
  9. I'm taking the boat out on Saturday, so you won't see me there this weekend. Do you ever make it down to Burtonsville on Sunday mornings? Always a good meet up in the shopping complex at the intersection of Rt. 29 and 198. I hope to make it down!
  10. Really a fan of the woolie - had never used one prior to this and never knew how easy it could be to clean (most of) the barrel of the wheel. Three suggestions: 1) add one more in a smaller size 2) stiffen the handle/pole - I find when i go to really scrub, the pole flexes and it would be easier with a stiffer shaft (that's what she said) 3) maybe offer the smaller size at a right angle, as opposed to 45*. With a right angle, I would be able to get behind each spoke easily to do a more thorough job Overall, I would rate the tool a B+ - makes the job a lot easier, but being able to get directly behind the spokes would be that final touch
  11. I'm in the same situation as Ironterp and have also spoke with customer service. Not only have they done everything in their power to rectify the situation and make sure I am satisfied, but Adam also took the time to send me a personal email acknowledging the situation and ensuring it will be resolved. This kind of customer service can't be found anywhere else! Kudos to the Adams team!
  12. Could have started my own thread, but seeing as I'm from Baltimore as well, I'd just post quickly in here. I drive a 2010 Camaro with plenty of cosmetic mods. Teacher by trade, but with the summers off, decided to start a small detail business after doing a bunch of family/friends vehicles - Mac's Auto Detail. Would appreciate any "Likes" anyone cares to give Hopefully I'll catch the rest of you Maryland/Southern, PA guys at a Hunt Valley Cars and Coffee sometime soon!
