I'm so bummed for you, man. As stated above it looks like that shops days are numbered and he is trying to take in as much cash as possible for himself.
-
Thanks fellas. A repaint would be best, but not sure he wants to spend that much. If I talk him into Dr. Colorchip it would be good learning for me!
BTW, he usually takes the car to BayWash - yes it is what you think it is - down to the red one piece bathing suits!
Although the sights might be great, I can only imagine the same towels and wash mits that get dragged around each car, every day.. Like nails on a chalk board!

hahah that was freakin' hilarious. Great way to start a Monday

I will definitely come by sometime. I'll probably wait until I have a job in Boulder or Broomfield then head north from there.

Michael,
Thanks so much! I actually spoke with customer service about items I ordered that were on back order before I noticed your reply. Bianca asked about my order and I advised her what was missing. She really felt bad and is going to send everything out today including what was on back order. I will definitely let you know if I have any other issues though. I hope this will be the end of all the headaches :-) Your customer service is definitely top notch though!!! Thumbs up!!!
Awesome! I'm glad she got it handled. She's good like that! But yes, let us know about anything! Love to hear feedback from you guys

Thank you all again for the welcome messages! I appreciate the kind words and the amount of info on this forum. I am officially hooked haha!
haha I love it! Now get to detailing and show off that S of yours

Thanks everyone!!! I was so excited unwrapping everything. I was looking forward to getting started but I guess even after everything I ordered, I didn't order the spray nozzles. I guess I figured since they were shown in the picture that they automatically came with each product. Looks like I'm gonna have to place another order today :-) Gallons by next year? Yikes!!! Lol :-)
Nice haul!! There is no such thing as a little over board when it comes to detailing Can't wait to see what you do with it all!
I'm quite upset and sorry that your big purchase didn't include ANY sprayers. Shoot me an email with your order # at michael@adamspolishes.com and I will get you all settled!

Deep wheel works well, as mentioned above, but remember not to use it when those pipes are warm or leave it on there too long! Wouldn't want to stain them in a different way! I would try some metal polish as well if the "deep cleaning" doesn't work with clay/steel wool etc.
-
This might sound crazy too, but you could also try clay followed with glass cleaner.
I don't think that's too crazy.. Definitely worth a shot at this point to get whatever it is off of there!
-
Dang! That's pretty freakin impressive!

For hose, there is the Gilmour and Griots.
For cannon (pressure washer), MTM / Uber foam cannon

Update for you guys machine polish handled the hair dye. A clay sponge would have probably worked but, it was showing potential but would have required a lot of time. Clay on its own prob same didn't try. But the machine polish brought it right off. No chance to wax it yet, but hope too this weekend.
Thanks again for all the suggestions! Great forum!
Glad you were able to work it off!

We have been a busy bunch here in Colorado! As you all recently saw, we had a 2015 M3 in house for some sweet pictures. We also had the opportunity to head down to the Oxotic Detail studio to help them clean up some Lambo's they had.. Here are some pics to show em off!

A happy customer means a happy bunch here at HQ. I have seen your other posts and have loved the results, and it is the same with this time around! Well done, Gary!
-
Yes! Thanks for joining up, Steve!

I love the new M3 as the E36 and E90 M3 sedans are my favorites, such a proper vehicle.
Was it a 6MT?
Yes it sure was!

That thing was sweet.. Pics look great as always Joe

Matt and I were able to get out to Cars and Coffee this last Saturday out here in Colorado and wanted to share some of the shots we took there!
It was a fairly good turnout for it being such a cold and gloomy day!
