I think it was Jason who posted in another said that it was 100%

I would take the product for maintenance and then there should be a place to put "professional fees paid" or something to that effect and I'd take your fee there.
-
Well, see, I may (or may not) have one sitting in my shopping cart right now but I was going to hold off and see if they were going to put it up for $49.99.
That's right Adam's webmasters. Check....and.....mate

....you see, that was a tease and that's just mean. See what you've done? You've gone from cheeky and playful to just downright mean and hurtful. I hope you're happy with yourself.
-
I think they just took it down to fix the price? I hope?
-
Ok, Brandon is happy
-
I do taxes on the side during tax season and I would put that down as vehicle maintenance

I've had plenty of success using some detail spray and a clean towel
-
....you know if you keep posting up braging about your wax I think you'll find yourself "misplacing" it quite soon
That truck looks amazing. I think I'm going to have to do my bro-inlaw's Dakota very soon

Uh, why does this Ferrari have a NACA duct on the hood?
I agree with Dylan06SS: Do it because it works, not because everybody else does it. And that matte silver BMW definitely works!
For the same reason that there is a Ferrari leaping horse on the hood in gloss finish. The owner lacks taste

It works on some. I really like how the Hurst Viper turned out:

That looks fantastic! I'm looking forward to seeing how that looks with the paste wax

The MSW is technically a sealant, yes. I use MSW as a base coat for our cars that are exposed to weather and not garaged (for protection), and follow with a coat or 2 of buttery wax to add the carnauba shine. MSW by itself is very shiny but some of us like to be overkill
Sweet, that's exactly what I'm planning on doing . Do you apply the Buttery Wax by hand or with the machine? Can I apply the BW immediatly after I do the MSW or do I have to wait the 12 hours for it to cure?

With the upcoming release of the carnauba paste wax I have a question. I have read that in order to get the best shine (and longevity) from a carnauba paste that it is a very good idea to first apply a sealant and then apply the wax. Would applying a layer of Machine Super Wax with a Porter Cable be the same as applying a sealant? Is the MSW technically a sealant or a wax? Thanks for any info

They already did that in another thread

Sweet! Now stop teasing us and put it on the website!

Either that or some diluted APC will probably do the trick just fine. I don't know too much about paint touch up but I have heard from many people that in order to do it you need to strip off any wax that is in the area it's applied to. And if you are like the rest of us lunatics on this site you probably have a very fresh layer of wax on it right now
I say strip off the wax and give it another shot

Tried it out last night on my car. Doesn't work! I first let the paint dry for 2 minutes as per instructions and the stuff came right off in step 2. Then I let dry for 5 minutes - same result. THEN, I tried letting it dry for an hour. It came right off again. I want my money back.
Just curious but did you remove any wax first? That could be a issue as far as it not staying on
-
Nope, one coat did it for the hood, I had a bad scrape on the side and it did take 2 passes, I don't even notice it now.
You said that once you got the hang of it that it was easier. What did you do to make it easier to apply? This product really interests me
-
Did you just do one coat or did you have to do the process multiple times?
-
I'm so hoping for this to be the Friday special along with a MF towel or something.
That would be awesome!
-
.....hm.......I might have to get this for myself. I bought a paint pen for my WRX but I have a lot of chips and this would probably be a much better option. Thanks for the links

A JRSC, sweet!! I miss my NA, I had one a few years back with a Greddy kit that I modified with a 3" exhaust and DP, FMIC, Walbro 190 (I think) fuel pump, 1.8 injectors, RX7 LSD, ACT clutch, Bipes, and a few other goodies I can't remember. Of all the cars I have owned that's the one I want back the most.
ETA of paste wax?
