Latest speculation is that it will be available any day now. Apparently the guys are waiting to get some more bottled and will have it up on the site when they get them in hand

I love the new Camaro and think the interior is kinda neat too. Can't wait to see one in real life. I'm trying to see if I can work an angle to get enough money for a down payment on one in the next 6-9 months. I'm going to have to detail a lot of cars haha

LOL, I was thinking 10 days? darn, those Challengers are slow...
But just kidding you, those Challengers are nice. I was looking at the Hurst editions a few weeks ago.
Were you at the B&M show, Bruce? I must have missed you

Sweet! Any idea as to when it's going to be available? May 1st still looking like the big day?

Any pictures of the paste wax container? I'm curious as to how it looks. What's the price going to be? Can't wait to get my hands on some!

Bruce is good people. Looking forward to picking up my PC from him this weekend

If I don't have a light detergent or a washing machine can I soak the towels in a cleaning bucket with some APC? I was going to do cold water, fill up my Adam's bucket about 2/3, and use about 2 cap fulls of APC.

Well I can't come to this one but I will be at the one in May. Already have the day off and everything

Thanks, I'm a pretty firm believer in doing the right thing. It's what I'd like someone to do for me

Thanks for the tips, guys. I'll have to pick up some WD-40. I haven't gotten a call from the teacher but I'm hoping that I do. It's really messed up when people mess with other people's cars, even if they are giving you a bad grade. It's just something you don't do. So I'm looking forward to helping them out if they call me

Hey guys, someone here at school put a swastica made of duct tape on a teachers hood and I'd like to know how to get it off. I haven't talked to the teacher about it yet but I walked by the car and left a business card with an offer to help. So what would be the best way to help? I have with me APC, DS, Car wash, SAH, wax, Restore, and BSG. Help me help someone, thanks

Dang, I work that day......might have to see if I can get someone to cover for me though

I never knew that, should I still fill the reservoir with hot water to spray on after the cleaner?

Well....well. I AM the VERY PROUD Mother of Adam Pitale! Please feel free to tell me all the funny stories of Adam...spare me the bad stories.
You have it backwards, isn't the mother supposed to tell the friends all of the funny stories about their son? Come on, break 'em out
Welcome to the forum!!

Heck yeah, I'm coming into some money in the next week and will be buying that and a few other toys

Wow, you are neurotic and proud I'm just glad that at this point I should only be working on cars with clear coats and nothing too tricky. Sharpening my detailing skills while in school is going to have it's benefits!

They are nothing alike. Like I said in an earlier post, the foam gun is NOT a power sprayer. It does NOT power the dirt off the car. It soaks the dirt with soap so that the dirt is easier and safer to remove. If you take your wash mitt and go across a dry car or a car with caked on dirt, you have just contributed to the swirl process.
Power soap sprayers are no better because they cannot remove the film of dirt that is on your car. If you drive your car in the rain and then wash it with a power soap wand, the big dirt will be gone but the film will remain. There is only one way to remove the film. You have to touch the car.
Thank you, that is exactly what I needed to know!

Good info, thank you. So when you use a two bucket method do you rinse your wash pad in one bucket and suds it up in the other bucket? Would that be necessary if you used a grit guard?
-
I pretty much figured but I thought I'd make sure I'm not missing out on some sort of magic car washing device here. Still cool, how would you say this compares to a pressure washer with a soap dispenser? I'm debating between the two and an trying to figure out which would be better.

Hey guys, I'm contemplating another situation here. So I'm torn between buying the foam gun that Adam's sells here and an electric pressure washer. I used to use an electric pressure washer that my father-in-law had and it was really nice. First I would rinse, then turn on the soap dispenser and cover the car in suds, and then rinse again. All the while I never had to actually wipe the car down, it would all just come off.
Now, granted that this was a few years ago before I really knew the proper way to wash a car so I don't really know if it's safe to wash a car that way but given the choice between the two what would you choose? Do you need to scrub the car with a mitt if you use a foam gun (or really if you are using a pressure washer properly)? I'm just looking for new ways to make washing more fun and a little bit faster. Let me know what you guys think, thanks

So I have a question, when you use this gun do you need to run the wash mitt over it as well? I know in the description it says to use it but the video Jason posted made it sound like it wasn't necessary. Is it kind of an "if it calls for it situation"? I know when I used to use my father-in-law's pressure washer I didn't have to use a mitt most of the time and I'm wondering if its the same for this devise. Thanks
