  1. I love the new Camaro and think the interior is kinda neat too. Can't wait to see one in real life. I'm trying to see if I can work an angle to get enough money for a down payment on one in the next 6-9 months. I'm going to have to detail a lot of cars haha :pc:

  2. Well....well. I AM the VERY PROUD Mother of Adam Pitale! Please feel free to tell me all the funny stories of Adam...spare me the bad stories.

You have it backwards, isn't the mother supposed to tell the friends all of the funny stories about their son? Come on, break 'em out ;)

    Welcome to the forum!!

  3. They are nothing alike. Like I said in an earlier post, the foam gun is NOT a power sprayer. It does NOT power the dirt off the car. It soaks the dirt with soap so that the dirt is easier and safer to remove. If you take your wash mitt and go across a dry car or a car with caked on dirt, you have just contributed to the swirl process.

Power soap sprayers are no better because they cannot remove the film of dirt that is on your car. If you drive your car in the rain and then wash it with a power soap wand, the big dirt will be gone but the film will remain. There is only one way to remove the film. You have to touch the car.

Thank you, that is exactly what I needed to know!

  4. Hey guys, I'm contemplating another situation here. So I'm torn between buying the foam gun that Adam's sells here and an electric pressure washer. I used to use an electric pressure washer that my father-in-law had and it was really nice. First I would rinse, then turn on the soap dispenser and cover the car in suds, and then rinse again. All the while I never had to actually wipe the car down, it would all just come off.

Now, granted that this was a few years ago before I really knew the proper way to wash a car so I don't really know if it's safe to wash a car that way but given the choice between the two what would you choose? Do you need to scrub the car with a mitt if you use a foam gun (or really if you are using a pressure washer properly)? I'm just looking for new ways to make washing more fun and a little bit faster. Let me know what you guys think, thanks

  5. So I have a question, when you use this gun do you need to run the wash mitt over it as well? I know in the description it says to use it but the video Jason posted made it sound like it wasn't necessary. Is it kind of an "if it calls for it situation"? I know when I used to use my father-in-law's pressure washer I didn't have to use a mitt most of the time and I'm wondering if its the same for this devise. Thanks :)
