  1. LMK if you want to sell Leather cleaner? ?
  2. Thanks for the compliment! I've had them since April and was told I had first set in this finish in the states since order was placed early January. I have A disk which is concave enough so that if I run BBK I'd have to switch the fronts as these won't clear Brembos. More lip would mean even wider than 9.5 I run plus lower offset which I didn't want as these sit flush enough with minor camber
  3. They're from Japan. Work Emotion CR2P 2 pc wheels. 19x9.5 +38 wrapped with Advan 255 35 19
  4. Great job! I've recently resorted to swinging by my local coin op to use their high pressure hoses. Started with their "wash" which has soap, then switched to "rinse" followed by rinse less wash or HGG while wet. They at least have lighting in booths. Really wish I had a well lit and spacious garage as you.
  5. I'm sure there was 'some' sealant left from my previous detail 2 months ago but I'm sure Brilliant Wax I had applied over it had evaporated. After all, between weekly washes, daily wipe downs etc I probably didn't have much protection on paint to last all winter. Didn't clay it as I felt paint was still in decent enough shape to hold off until Spring. I'm in North Jersey near Oil refinery so depending on which way the wind is blowing, there can be a very fine dust black layer overnight. Daily wipe downs equivalent to rinse less washes is almost a necessity when parking outdoors
  6. Very true...I did detail of pics posted above end of August maybe first week of September. I do daily QD wipe downs due to where I live (near industrial area and fallout) and the annoying carpet mini-poop bombings by birds as they take off being perched on the edge of my work building....those tiny specks of crap that are usually stubborn to remove. That being said, water beading was still present and shine too. But with November being here and snow, ice, slush, sleet, and freezing temps around the corner, and no garage I felt the need to give it a final sealant of the season this past Halloween weekend. Hopefully I can bear the cold at the local coin op once my hoses are put away with some h2o and towels. And don't worry I only use coin op for pressure hose lol
  7. I so need these caps. I really wasn't happy with cap my Revive came in. I feel I can't have a smooth amount come out consistently without a big ol glob or air pocket splatter everything. Then I find myself constantly having to use my fingers to smooth out onto pad or applicator.
  8. Thank you! Much appreciated! I'm sure if you search forums you'll find some apply it this way. A quick search found this: http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/29387-winter-preparation/?hl=%2Bapplying+%2Bglaze&do=findComment&comment=458997
  9. Maybe <5% from previous machine polish. Today I just did a full wash followed by Revive and Liquid Sealant to get her ready for the winter. Darn daylight ran out so I wasn't able to apply Buttery wax. Oh well, at least Sealant is on!
  10. After countless reading of post I decided that Yes, I'd try it this way. Although it won't evaporate as quickly due to sealant over it, I used it primary to finish of minor imperfections that were maybe maybe
  11. Here's my 2015 WRX Limited after a full detail job: Foam gun followed by 2 bucket method Clay bar IPA wipe down Brilliant Glaze Liquid Sealant Buttery Wax Adams New Glass Cleaner In & Out Spray
  12. In a similar way, I've noticed hard water spots on the inside (or under) the rain guards or as dealership calls them window deflectors. Being that its a plastic and smoked or semi-transparent, what is the least damaging method to remove those spots? Tried distilled water, then QD, but nothing. Was going to try Revive on MF towel. Any suggestions?
  13. I recently got my HGG during the Labor Day sale and WOW! I'm in love with this product. Definitely on my list to buy by the gallon and on my next order! I'm constantly asking myself how is it that Adam's keeps making really user-friendly products for novice up to professionals. Their HGG, New Formula Glass Cleaner and Liquid Sealant to name a few still surprise me every time I use them!
  14. Needed this afternoon laugh! Good ones! Keep them coming!
  15. Winter time I still wash weekly maybe 2 times a week due to salt and brine used on roads. Very damaging to undersides so I stop at local coin op place to use high pressure hose with car off but still warm underneath it. But top sides so long as water isn't freezing before drying, I'm all for it.
  16. That's awesome Chris. I'd be willing to pay for shipping. All I'm looking for is small sample. Let me know and PM me shipping cost. PayPal ready. Thanks!
  17. Searching to see if anyone has any Leather Conditioner and VRT left over, so I can try out. Only looking for enough to do just 1 application and test out. Wish Adams sold Sample sizes. Let me know what ya got! Thanks!
  18. Don't have gg on now. 2 week ago I applied liquid sealant-1 coat, Brilliant Glaze and buttery wax. HGG is on its way thanks to Labor day Sale.
  19. Good info thus far.... And yes Amazon hot is just that. You'd think you were in the Amazon jungle. Was 84 this morning with high humidity and dew points in upper 60s so it was super muggy and sticky. Forget about lunchtime! So I get that wax breaks down faster than sealant in heat but how does it compare in cold weather? Same breakdown time frame? Wondering if I should try and squeeze another sealant before it's way too cold that product would behave weird.(detached - unheated garage), the top off with wax and follow up with HGG on a regular afterwards until spring. Need to get maximum protection from elements for Winter
  20. In regards to longevity of products, if I've used the liquid paint sealant and topped with brilliant glaze and finally a coat of buttery wax, on a daily, non-garaged, how would outside temps affect them?? Right now its Amazon-Hot in New Jersey but soon will be cooling rapidly and then old man winter sets in with sub-freezing temps in 3 months. Does applied product last longer in HOT weather or COLD weather....just gauging the frequency I would need to apply each accordingly! Thanks!
  21. WOLF-the dash has like a rubber feel to it...doesn't feel like plastic or vinyl. Is it too harsh you think enough to discoloration it?
  22. I never knew or heard about boiling MF towels before! Learn something new everyday around here! Thanks!
  23. Cool idea! I've actually been pulled over and given a ticket for having a "tree" air freshener hanging from rear view mirror since it was considered "obstruction of view" and the $42 ticket is just not worth it anymore. Now to get me some Adams Leather cleaner!
