I hear you. Grabber Blue is a great color and I loved it on my 5.0, I just prefer metallic colors. This color pops more than any I have ever owned! Also, new pics added to the OP.

BOSS!!! Traded in the Grabber Blue '11 5.0 for this beauty! I had a '13 Shelby on order but simply got tired of waiting for it (13 weeks on "material hold" is WAY too long IMHO). Saw that another dealer near me had this beauty in the showroom and went to check it out on Saturday. Thought it over on Sunday and decided to pull the trigger. Called this morning and signed the paperwork this afternoon. She's all mine! Pictures don't do this color justice. It looks nuclear powered in the sunlight. It takes the phrase "Melt your face" to a whole new level!!! Better pics coming after the first detail! ETA: Some sunlight shots. Makes a BIG difference!

Black on Black is the way to go, of course I'm a bit biased... and the yellow DEFINITELY needs the stripes on it to help, looks VERY bland! It looks like a blob on laffy taffy on wheels. IMO, the only cars that look good in yellow are Porches, Lotus and sometimes Corvette.

Thanks for the kind words guys, we do what we do because it needs to be done. I just placed an order for quite a few things, including the new wax, and am having it all delivered 2nd day air to my parents house so I can do that detail for her. I'm sure her Camry is going to need everything I can throw at it!!! :willy::willy:

Ya, she knows. I originally wanted to make it a surprise and called my dad to set it up but we decided to keep it simple. I called her afterward and told her I was coming so she could take a few days off of work and what not. She loves having her baby boy come home to see her. I just thank Uncle Sam for giving me 30 days leave every year so I can.

I'm taking leave and driving all the way home, 500+ miles, to see my mother. I haven't seen the family for almost 6 months. I'll probably detail her car for her

I just checked my first Adam's order's shipment status when I got home from work this morning and it's out for delivery! I'm gonna attempt to get some sleep and, when I wake up, it should be here!!! Man, I feel like it's Christmas Eve and I'm 9 years old again!

It's alright Chris. I think the sensible G8r's we have on grrrr8 have overcome the corporate machine on "bored". I don't want some of that riff raff over on ours anyway.

Yeah, I went home (southeast Texas) on leave last year during the "season" and when I pulled in the driveway I started wiping the little demons off. My mom meets me in the driveway like she always does and made a comment about how annoying they are. I walk up and look at the front of her white Camry and it's completely BLACK. I HAD to wash it for her, I don't understand how she can take it... BTW, I like where you got that pic from Rich. Gig 'em Aggies!
