Thanks for the response... I always have been sealing then glazing, but I think Adam or Nick has done some testing stating glazing first doesn't effect the durability of the sealant.

Phil does amazing work. 

You can go Sealant > Glaze > Americana or you can go Glaze > Sealant > Americana.

I have a question...

I still have the old Machine Super Wax AKA Machine Super Sealant... can the glaze go under that too?

I mainly use Quick Sealant, but I have a car I am doing this weekend and want to use my Machine Super Wax.

I have 2 1/2 cans left of quick sealant. I think I bought one can when it came out and two more at a later date.

Just checked my order history online... My cans are from 2012.

She is a keeper for sure. 

Did they change the scent of Brilliant Glaze? My bottle from a year ago smells different than the new one I just bought.

Thanks for the responses. I mainly get the results I want from the Finishing Polish, but the car I detail is my car and it is a 2013. I was wondering about this because my wife's car has been through an automatic car wash at the dealer 3 times now in the last year. She has a sign and it's on the file, but it seems like they don't pay attention. I try to stop them from washing the car. Anyway... back to the original post... The car is black so most likely it will need both polishes.

I think I read somewhere that you can use the Paint Correcting Polish as a one step polish. According to the adamspolishes.com site it is part 1 of 2 polishes.

My questions is can the Paint Correcting Polish be used with out finishing with Paint Finishing Polish? Has anyone had success with only using the Paint Correcting Polish?

I bought both last year, but my car has never needed paint correcting polish. I only use the Paint Finishing Polish and it does a great job on my car. I was just asking the questions out of curiosity in case I decided to tackle a friend's car with more issues. 

I only use the machine if the polisher is out (after polishing and sealing/waxing) and I want to apply Brilliant Glaze. No need to grab a machine if I am just applying some glaze after a wash.  

I have three great white towels... 2 of the current version and one of the old version with the smaller weave pattern.

I use detail spray (old formula) for claying and detail spray (new formula) for drying and helping with the removal of polish/wax/sealant.

The Clear Polish is also the same formula as the old Fine Machine Polish. I only use quick sealant on the clear bra. I don't find that polishing it is worth it. Whatever you do... tape the edges during claying, polishing, sealing, and/or waxing. It will look so bad if you don't. Quick Sealant you don't have to tape the edges.

I was wondering if this has been discontinued. I do not see this on the Sealants page.

Would Liquid Paint Sealant last longer than Quick Sealant? Quick Sealant last a long time. My daily driver car still has the same Quick Sealant application from August and the water still beads. To me the Quick Sealant is very impressive. Would it be possible for the new product to last longer than that? I found that Quick Sealant lasted longer than Machine Super Wax. I'm just wondering.
