I am thinking of purchasing the Ceramic Paint Coating kit to apply to my 2017 Ford Escape daily driver. I clayed the paint, performed a paint correction (finishing polish), sealed (Paint Sealant), glazed (Brilliant Glaze/Old Formula), and added Buttery Wax to finish it off last Saturday. So what is everyone's opinion of the the Ceramic Coating? Is it easy to apply? How long has it lasted everyone, etc?
This is a picture after the paint correction on Sunday at the Costco parking lot...

Are the 6.5 inch ones Adams okay for the flex?

Those of you who still use the Flex 3401 what pads are you using with Adams products? Just checking. I still have some of the old ones that are unused. Just wondering in case I need pads. Thanks.

I’m trying to call customer service but can’t get through. I am having an issue with an order. The website states you have Saturday hours. Is this no longer true? Thanks.

D140 contains acid? Does it need to be diluted?

Clay doesn't work either.

I have that too on my 13 Malibu. It sucks. I don't know what to do about it either.

I am going to give it a go when I polish it next time.

Sand paper works the best on headlights.

I used the orange paint correcting polish with microfiber... I didn't follow up with the white finishing polish. I never usually do, but maybe I should. Maybe I will hit the car with the paint correcting polish next time I polish it. That will most likely be all I need. I will use foam instead of microfiber too.
I use the flex 3401. I find the flex is hard to control on side of the car. Maybe I will try a slower speed as well.
Thanks for everyone's help.

I noticed a couple days later in the sun and the car had already been sealed. That photo doesn't do it justice. You only see it in the sun. I will try to capture a better photo of it.

You can also use VRT on rubber/dark plastic so you don't need to tape that.

Stopped by today and picked up some H2O Gloss and Guard. It was a great time. Thanks for having this event.

i will try and make it.

I find the waffle towels does cause light scratching marks as well. I always dry with detail spray. I find that it's next to impossible not to introduce some scratching/swirl if you wipe anything on the car. Dirt or even the towel itself can cause some light marks.

I like the white pad personally.
Rupes Mille or Flex 3401

I have a Flex 3401. It will walk you across the car occasionally if you don't keep the pad flat. It can tire out your arms too, but it had great correcting power. The forced rotation is a nice feature. I have had my Flex since 2012. I bought mine from Adam when he sold it.
