  1. I used to work out constantly until I got a girlfriend. Now not as much as I'd like.
  2. Sweet, I don't know if I would've been diggin that stripe on there but to each is own I suppose.
  3. I don't know anything about that.
  4. Nice, always wanted that car.
  5. Try that yellow pad maybe thatl help it a bit. It's also time to detail the rest of the car too, swirly!
  6. Yeah goodluck with that one. I'd rather pay the friendly people at tire empire.
  7. If your trim gets stained its easily removed. Take some APC on a microfiber towel, mist some on there along with the spot with the staining. Rub the hell outve the stain. Then take another microfiber towel damp with water and hit the same spot. After that take another microfiber towel with detail spray - hit the area again and voila!
  8. I cant believe you posted this. I saw the commercial for that last night for the first time and I was like
  9. So I'm kinda drunk off grey goose right now and family is over. So what do I do? I spray detail spray on my door sills and undercarriage spray in my wheel wells to avoid family haha. Btw I love how undercarriage spray smells like grape soda. Ok I'm getting more vodka now!
  10. I would totally sell em in two packs. I'm not sure if its ready for the garbage, but if I were a customer that just bought that i'd be peeved to say the least lol. It probably has a few more uses left in it tho. Here's a pic of it after I cleaned it up with APC:
  11. When they finally let SRT vehicles under the Employee Pricing shtic I priced out a fully loaded SRT-8 Jeep Grand Cherokee with every conceivable option. MSRP was 51K and change. With employee pricing and other discounts I couldve had one for 41K. If I didnt have my challenger I wouldve gotten one in a second. Those trucks are nuts. But again awd + 6.1L = 8 real word mpg lol. I'd love to have that Saleen Challenger tho! Did you catch what # HEMI Orange Bee that was? The black bee should be out in a couple months.
  12. Absolutely, I always spray the pad down with detail spray before I put Swirl and Haze Remover on it. The interesting thing is that I used the yellow and white pad as well and they held up fine. So I'm assuming it was an isolated incident. Not sure, but the pad got a little torn up. Glad I could help you guys out!
  13. Not bad junior. They sell plugs for the holes - saw em I think on challengertalk.
  14. Yeah depends on your area. But lets say if I started a business, I'd probably charge close to 200 bucks for a full detail. I mean also realize the time you'll be spending on the car. I spend close to 8 hours on average doing mine. Plus, you might want to consider becoming licensed and insured to start up a side business like this just to keep it safe I'd assume.
  15. Holy christ that thing is beautiful, what'd you do it her?
  16. hah, thanks for the correction! Charger: Challenger: No comparison!
  17. Thanks man - I don't have the testicular fortitude to attempt wet sanding yet tho!
  18. EDITED! I didn't realize how big the pictures were until I got off my blackberry and came on here. Sorry lol
  19. Hey guys! I was fortunate enough to receive the prototype pads that utilize a cordless drill as per the infinite generosity of our fearless leader Adam! I tested these pads on two spots on my car. The first scratch I've had on the car for as long as I've owned it. I have a feeling I took delivery of the car with this scratch on it and idiot me never saw it. The second scratch happened as a result of people probably not paying attention to where they are walking and brushed up against my rear 3/4 panel. Culprit #1: Culprit #2: My car is absolutely filthy because the weather here in NYC is nuts. It will rain for three days straight and we'll be blessed with one gorgeous day only to have more rain for another few days. Typical because I received the new foam gun and all those goodies two weeks ago and have yet to try it out. But I digress. Anyway, I sprayed down the area on the edge of the hood with detail spray to make the area clean. I then misted the orange pad with detail spray and put some Swirl and Haze Remover on the pad. I then went to town on that sucker. I was very careful not to use full speed on the drill as I did not want to screw my paint up. I maintained a steady speed and pressure and buffed it out. I noticed immediately that the middle of the scratch for the most part was gone but the edges still remained. Another interesting thing happened. The orange pad disintegrated a little bit and it rained orange fuzz for a few seconds. Here's a pic: note how torn up it got. I went back over the scratch with some Fine Machine Polish on the white pad. After wiping away the residue from the Fine Machine Polish I decided to try the orange pad again to see what else I could remove. On the second pass the middle of the scratch was invisible, but again the edges remained. I then repeated the step with the Fine Machine Polish on the white pad. After that, I whipped out the orbital buffer. I hit that scratch with the orange pad (SHR) followed by white pad (FMP) and concluded with black pad with (MSW). Here is what that scratch looked like after I finished playing around: In conclusion I am happy with the result. The problem is that the edges of that scratch were actually chipped so the only real way to make that disappear is to fill it with some touch-up paint. Also I'm a tad bit surprised that the orange pad disintegrated on me a little bit. Not sure why this happened but ok lol. Onward to the rear 3/4 panel! I basically repeated the exact same process as I mentioned before except I only used the cordless drill for one pass with the orange pad instead of two. Here is what that scratch turned into: Perfection! I only put my finger there to show you where the scratch was. Again, I want to thank you Adam for hooking me up with these pads. Shine on everyone!
  20. Plus coming from a decently wealthy family doesn't hurt either!
