  1. Already got em both! I was just mainly concerned that I needed something else with the 7424, I've read something about adaptors here and there on the forums.
  2. About to place an order for the porter cable 7424, the 2nd gen pads with backing plate, and machine polish/super wax. Is there anything else I need or does this cover it all? P.S. I already have swirl and haze remover and all that stuff.
  3. lol its funny i actually meant the R/T. But yeah those SRT models are overpriced slow pieces of Detriot turds!
  4. I used the california duster on my charger and I don't think I got surface scratches. Idiot that I am used a brush to wash it so that did the paint nicely. But here's something to ponder, you say that cal dusters just push around dust - but if u detail spray and wipe with the microfiber towel, you're doing the same exact thing - except its moist lol
  5. Machine Superwax is also quite effective on heads I see! lol j/k, super clean goat you got there!
  6. If you want a four door what about a Charger, its large and has a HEMI. Which beats the hell out've that 303hp 5.3L in the Chevy. But i'm not partial to MOPAR at all lol
  7. Sweet SRT. They sure are awesome, aren't they?
  8. Yeah it's a sticker. Alrighty thanks for the info I'll give it a shot next week!
  9. Nice thanks for the tip. The SRT Challenger's have two carbon fiber stripes coming down the hood, the buttery wax won't damage that right? I know it's not supposed to stain but it kind've screwed up my plastic chin spoiler and license plate frame on my charger. I'll be using blue contractors tape to be safe on this car for sure.
  10. I have no idea what BSG over the BW is lol. How long do you leave the swirl and haze/revive polish/buttery wax on before wiping it off?
  11. Cool thanks, thats all the stuff i've been using - I'll give it a shot!
  12. Hey guys, Noticed a couple small scratches on my "new" car. Is there any good way of removing these without using a buffing machine? Thanks!
  13. You wanna hear crazy, it takes me about nine hours by myself to wash, clay, polish, and wax my car (was a charger at the time). This doesn't include an interior detail. I don't know if im just incredibly slow but after 9 hours, many body aches, and a few thoughts of giving up - the car looked insane. So it's worth it.
  14. I probably don't want to know, but that's what I was promised. If they screw up that's when I can raise hell.
  15. Hey thanks for the welcomes, good to see a bunch of fellow NYC people here! I just picked up the challenger wednesday, its getting detailed by the dealer tuesday so ill many more pictures by mid-week but here are a couple a snapped yesterday:
  16. Hey, just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I'm Jeff and I have an 09' Dodge Challenger SRT-8. Been using Adams Polishes for about a year and I love their stuff!
