  1. I have fit two polishers into the Adam's Bag.  I have a Flex bag that came with my Flex and it is not even close.  I personally have 3 Adam's bags to hold different sets of polishing products.  They are very well made bags and offer a ton of room!

Agreed these bags are amazing quality. Getting more is tempting, but the 5gallon wash bucket works well for holding washing related products and the bag contains my polisher, polish, and detail spray :)

  2. I happen to have a fairly, heavily modified 08 Sky Redline. First off, don't even think of buying it if it is not a Redline edition. The performance is far superior and the gas mileage is much much better.

Check out skyroadster.com for a great forum. DDMworks has great mod part available for you. And the GMPP tune is great.

My mods so far: Dejon Cold air intake and IC piping. (dejon is no longer in business) Replaced blown intercooler (Called a "charged air cooler" by GM), Cone filter. Flowmaster custom exhaust. RK sport hood and body kit. GMPP tune. Relocated HKS BOV, and a few other items. And some cosmetic mods. I am running under 14 second 1/4 mile times at 5800' in altitude

Ditch the gmpp tune and you'll be running better times. I have hptuners pro if you have a want to use a remote tuner, I'm not confident enough in my tuning abilities to tune others.

  3. Indeed, we have never had a Cyclo returned, and the 110% guarantee is in tact on every item we sell!  The Flex is a great tool, and once comfortable with it, the only reason I would add a Cyclo would be for regular maintenance.  The Cyclo simply requires less effort to use, and is better in tight spots or a-pillars.

We will be in IL a few times this year, and our dealers there have units for demonstration!

OP Adam speaks the truth. I have a flex and tried the cyclo, not quite as much control is needed to maintain the position since the heads rotate counter one another. But I'm not buying a cyclo, if I had joint issues might consider it

  4. There's a reason why adams towels cost what they do and why Walmart towels cost what they do. Quality. Period. You get what you pay for. Those cheap towels feel like sandpaper.

This. Adam's mf towels where the first mf towel that didn't catch on my rough hands. Plus the CD test is a easy way to see the difference

  5. What happens when people keep asking like they are and it just gets overwhelming thinking there is always going to be a promotion and profits and sales start declining? Simple. No more sales.

Same thing happened to contests on the forum. People complained about the winners and never having contests and *POOF* gone.

Sorry I'm a firm believer in patience is a virtue and not nickel and diming a company that gives so much back to its customers as it is.

If theres a sale great! There is always a daily special, there is always a forum discount. Why push it?

I agree, just wait a bit and put a little extra money aside and make a large order. I'm still using stuff I picked up last spring.

  6. Like mentioned before you have to get it completely cleaned first. Then if you still notice the smoker smell and don't have access to a Ozone generator, pour some vinegar into Tupperware containers place on the floor mats (where the foot setting won't blow it out) remove the cabin airfilter, turn the car on crank the heat, put it on the floor setting with reticulate and let it run for awhile. The vinegar will break down the chemical bonds that causes the smokey smell in your air ducts, obviously dont get directly in your car after its been running with the vinegar cups, open both passenger and drivers doors then remove the cups (don't spill them or it will go from smokey smell to vinegar smell  ) roll the windows down and leave the heat on a little longer.

  7. Personally, I've never used a brush on my leather.  Use a white rag, put some Leather Cleaner on the micro and rub in a circular motion. All you should see on your rag is the dirt. If you're seeing tan, red, black or blue (or any other color) then stop.

You can also just use the Leather Conditioner to clean your leather if you want to skip the cleaning step. It works almost as well, plus conditions the leather at the same time.

BUT if you do use the Leather Cleaner, be sure to follow up after cleaning with the Leather Conditioner. And if you see streaking, or light and dark spots, don't panic. That happens whenever the leather is soaking up the products ...........some spots that are lighter are absorbing more product faster. The darker spots aren't as dry so you'll see the darker areas. Just keep applying in layers until you get a uniform finish.

^ Solid advise. I rarely use a brush, but sometimes the leather is to dirty and for the textured leather of the late 90s early 2000s can be a pain to get cleaned up without it.

  8. I have it on my steering wheel and I was wondering how to clean it too...I took some Interior cleaner to it using a single soft microfiber, but didn't see a huge difference.

Delayed response, it takes frequent care to get it back to perfect. I have it on my seat inserts (no idea why Chevy thought that was a good idea) my drivers seat was getting pretty bad and starting to mat down, after cleaning it with LIC I started brushing it almost every time I get out of the car, and hit it with LIC once a week its starting to come back. I'm sure if I worked on it for a few hours over a weekend it would be better quicker, but I'm fine with the slow improvement.
