    I've been thinking about doing that also.

    Well let me tell you I think its one of the best things I've ever done. I just need to make sure I continue to keep up with diet and as soon as I can the exercise.

    Hi guys! I just wanted to update everyone on the latest happenings. I started on a quest to better myself by losing weight in October of 2013 by having weight loss surgery. Well on January 22nd I did it! I was 343 pounds and bmi of over 45% in October so I started changing my eating habits and lost 17 pounds in like 2 months from that alone without exercise. Then came the week of liquid diet SUCKS totally but I had to before surgery now I'm one week out of the operation and just starting step two of diet to get back to real food. Basically if I can drink it I can eat it but at least I have some flavor now. As of today I'm down to 297 pounds and will find my bmi out tomorrow so I can't wait for this to continue. It will mean more energy for detailing and woodworking and kid time . so that's about it for now I'll try to update with some pics soon.

    Hi everyone one hows it going? Sorry I haven't been on that much as I have been incredibly busy with the family and a wedding that finally concluded. The wedding was for my brother in law and myself and the wife were part of the wedding party not to mention making alot of the decorations for the wedding. I am currently working on the bedroom/ walk in closet for upstairs that I need to get done before january. I am looking forward to Grabiak this year and when you see me I will be a little lighter in the belly if everything goes well. then maybe I can order an adams shirt that fits lol . I am still here havent used my adams much but i still try and follow whats going on when I can. Later.

    your best bet is to use the flex and video how you do things. how much polish how fast your going and such if you video it we can critique a little better for you. also remember you will not get everything out there will always be some micro scratches you can see when you look at it closely. If you can step back a few steps and still see it then it needs more work but if you get back a little and dont see anything then you may not get it much better.

    I am a fan of the 36 ounce bottles because it is not economical for me to buy gallons. I still have gallons with product in them from 2008 ( and they still work fine due to keeping them stored in the dark and in a cool dry place) I actually was getting ready to throw some of it out just because I havent used it and am using a new version of the stuff (ie. VRT I have almost a full gallon of it). I have bought stuff at detail clinics because of the bigger bottles the only thing I have gallons in now that are new is the WW and the DS and some Interior cleaner thats it. Oh well Ill figure something out.
