  1. I'm guessing that's a 100k car right there. That engine alone is prolly 15k-25k. Then those wheels another 8k or so. Lol I wish I had big money. There is just something having and ole school car with new engine, trans, suspension, and all other goodies. It gives you that indescribable feeling. I have a friend that did a complete build of an 67 mustang that he put a newer 4.6 and trans in. It was a quick car too but drive like a dream.
  2. Yes they would! That's a different story lol. Silver or white truck then black wheels What year sport do you have? Im going to spend a ton of money this week on my truck. Lets see wheels, tires, stall converter, and a set of headers lol. I already hav exhaust and a Vararam intake. Now I just have to wait for a tuner to be released.
  3. I did consider going all black but it seems that everywhere you turn people are doing it. I also did not want a black wheel with a polished lip. I kinda like the old school look of street trucks with everything blacked out except for billet grills and wheels.
  4. When I pick these up I plan to wash with car soap and then inspect closely for any scratches or anything that needs to be touched up. They are used and were in a truck for a month. Then I plan to use quick sealant on them while they are off of the truck and do two coats with several hours in between. My next order I'm going to pick up some brilliant glaze to put on them over the sealant. I have some buttery that I can throw over the QS and the BG.
  5. If you all recall I have been working on my RAM since I bought it. Now it's time for new wheels. I'm going to pick these up Tom and will wrap them with 285/45/22 Nitto 420s'. Here is the truck as it sits now.
  6. Its one things that most all luxury cars do. They will look clean but the wheels always look terrible. Heck I try to keep my plastic dodge wheels in good shape lol.
  7. I would go ahead and change pads. Out of the 3 BMW's I have driven they all were HORRIBLE about brake dust. I never understood a luxury car that had such horrible pads.
  8. I have spoke to them several times before I even bought the car to see if it was something I even wanted tiger involved in. Internet stories are scary with subaru's. theu don't seem to answer emails but when you call they will talk until your satisfied lol.
  9. I'm glad I can make you a little jealous because that jeep makes me jealous every time I see it. I have to admit it is fun to drive. She wanted a dang girly crossover again and I knew all I had to do was get her to drive one and she would be hooked. I ALMOST had her convinced to get a sedan but the hatchback is better than the others she wanted. Ill make due lol.
  10. I can't wait. There are literally ZERO STi's around here so I never get to hear them. Its 's very few and far in between sightings. I love how the Subaru's sound when they have exhaust. Its not ricey at all but a deep rumble. It is funny people have no idea wth it is when they see it. I have to admit this is my first turbo car much less the first Subaru so it will be a long learning road. Good thing for me is that I have a Cobb Tuning shop like 2 hours from me where I will get everything done.
  11. OH LOL well they have a very nice house and driveway. A garage is one thing I will never go without once I get one. I work so hard to keep vehicles clean and then the weather just trashes them over night.
  12. That 550 looks like it belongs in your garage. I am so jealous of some of you guys work area. I cant wait to have a garage lol.
  13. I am going to stick with potato head for the future. I am not graceful enough to get the little cuts and make nice designs haha. Those are super cool though.
  14. Well the guy we purchased from has supposedly ran Royal Purple since first oil change so that is what we will most likely be sticking with. Here in a month or so its getting a full stage 2 package with 3" turbo back Cobb exhaust, Cobb intake, and a Custom stage 2 dyno tune. It already runs pretty damn strong but I cant wait to get it modded lol. Daily driver for her weekend warrior for me haha.
  15. Well I finally convinced her to pick up a car that we will both enjoy and here it is. Its going to need a full correction as it is covered in swirls. The last pic i tried to pick up the swirls the best I could with the Iphone lol. The whole car is covered though. It is a 2008 Subaru STi hatchback. We are the second owners and picked it up with 30k on the ODO.
  16. Don't look at my trucks orange peel. The newer RAM are horrible with it. Here's a pic that sums the whole truck up pretty well...
  17. Here is Thor in the back of the ram and here he is with our boxer mutt
  18. I do the same thing with my RAM. Then some dick in a clunker will park beside me. I feel sorry for the car that I find a ding on my truck from. I park out there for a reason to stay away from other cars and there are a hundred empty spots and they choose the one right beside me.
  19. Hell my 2012 ram got dropped, exhaust, CAI all before the first service lol. The dealer looked at me crazy when I took it to them for a small service. I have a friend that runs a small auto shop do all of my work so it is still tracked but I get to actually do it all. My sunroof is acting up and won't deal correctly an I got told my system was too loins and caused the bolts on some bar to rattle loose. I agree with what they say on that part I coil hear something start to vibrate loose. So gonna have to pull the whole headliner out sometime.
  20. Damn that Jeep is nice. I'm tryin to convice my ole lady to get a jeep so we can both have hemis I would drop it and go with some go fast mods like I have done the Ram.
  21. I would wait and pay as much as possible on it to get it under the trade in value. You really don't want to stack money on top of a new car and plus have to pay on it for 72 months. I signed a 72 month note and I have only done it for a year and I'm already paying double payments when I can. 6 years is a long time to have a payment and most likely you will want something else by the time you pay it off.
  22. I like that grill set up. Very nice car.
