  1. Well I think I take an adequate amount of time of the first rinse. I usually go over the truck twice. I also use a foam gun after the first rinse if and let it sit on re truck for a few minutes before I do a second rinse off. Is the wash mitt a better option to the wash pads? Also when I wash my great whites how can I ensure they are clean they feel kinda rough when they come of of the washer.
  2. Wow. That Focus looks amazing. I actually like it. Is it front wheel drive? What size motor and whats the stock HP with that turbo? Ford has stepped it up a notch with this new Focus. Just imagine with with full turbo back exhaust, CAI, and a tune. 100 more HP most likely lol.
  3. Here is my entry to get on the waiting list lol. I would like GhostR1der as a name plate in the pic with some nice font. If you get to it thanks and I would be sure to order something lol.
  4. A few new pics of the truck cleaned up a little. Got VRT on the new tires.
  5. Well I have been washing my RAM for several months now using the two wash pads. I do one panel at a time and fun flip the pad to do another panel. I then go to clean bucket, scrub on grit guard, I to soap bucket, and scrub onto the grit guard. Then I use large pad for top half and small for lower half. The problem is that I'm starting to get swirls and don't I ow if I'm doi g something wrong or if that's just part of it? I have t done a full correction so I'm looking to get it down befor then. I wash all towels with woolite and wash the wash pads thoroughly. Are the wash pads machine wash safe? I feel that they have stuff in them and I just can't get it all out. Does me machine super sealant prevent swirl marks at all? They are very light but showing up everywhere. My truck is black and a daily driver so I know its not gonna look perfect. I have a flex kit just need a garage to work in and some direction on how to do it properly.
  6. Thanks guys! I'm glad to have a set of nice wheels. I liked the factory dodge wheels but these make my truck stand out from the norm.
  7. Thanks! I am really happy with them. It took a long time to find them.
  8. I spent about 6 hours on cleaning them up. You wouldnt believe how much I pulled off while claying. It sounded horrible at first but now they are SLICK. Well also a testament to the QS. The tire shop could not get any weights to stick to the wheels. I had to wipe the areas down with APC to get them to stick. LOL they were amazed at how slick they were to the touch.
  9. Actually the more I look at those wheels I tried to get a set of them for my RAM and they don't make them to fit lol. I knew they looked familiar. That thing has to be the Blackest black I have ever seen.
  10. Well here are the wheels as they were out of the box. after a wash, clay, polish with revive, and sealed with QS. Here is a quick pic of a dirty truck with them installed.
  11. Bribe Dylan... I think all you need is photoshop and some skills.
  12. Rich, that Vette will be in there. I have no doubts. Maybe they will take a pic of the car and the interior to show that awesome blue leather off.
  13. Thanks Dylan. Well next strip wash I'm going to be using the flex and MSS but quick sealant on my new chrome wheels really went on easy and looks great. I'm going to keep using the QS and ill figure it out eventually lol.
  14. ^^^ I still like that truck better than the new one Well I stripped washed and clayed but haven't polished yet. I'm site it's something I'm doing wrong but it seems to wear my arms out when I do the whole truck.
  15. Well me and quick sealant don't get along either. On my black truck I spray some on the hood for instance spread with the applicator and then I get blotchiness and unevenness. It's a PITA to spread evenly and to get where it looks right again. I have done my truck several times and it always happens. It's like the sealant only sticks to certain places as they are really dark but it comes spotted unless I wipe down multiple times.
  16. So I'm a little confused. What's exactly am I supposed to use to get these wheels back to perfect shape before I seal them? They aren't bad at all but I want to get all the luster I can from them while I have them off of the truck. I was also gonna get some 0000 steel wool and do the barrels. I was going to use dawn dish soap together the grease off of them.
  17. I picked them up today. They are pretty grungy but its mostly just dust. Ill post picks after I clean them up and get them sealed. I also just found out that these wheels are hard toget as there were only 4 in the country as of last week and they were sold. So no one can get them. I don't think they are all that special I just liked the way they looked. I was already given an offer of triple what I paid lmao.
  18. Ahh I see. Well my intentions are to keep them immaculate. Lol
  19. Well I haven't said anything about it yet but here we go. Short story my GF got up at 0530 and went to the gym. She got back home and went to leave about 0645 and the car was gone. It was stolen from our driveway and the police have leads on where it is but nothing yet. We haven't even made our first payment on it. I thought she was joking and I didn't believe her until I looked myself. I don't know how you get a car stolen but we did.
  20. Nice WRX. We just bought an STi but right now it's MIA...
  21. I agree I like my sport hood as well.
  22. I go to ramforumz.com. I can't wait either to see them on. Right now I'm having a hard time finding a good set of TPMS sensors without paying $170 or so for them.
